This is a fortnightly topical podcast show for L&D professionals. Each episode David James will be discussing and debating topics affecting the profession today, alongside various guests. Client's Feedback

Listener comment: Dr. Carrie Graham I think designing learning so that it happens in the environment where the learner will actually use those skills is a great take away, and something many companies struggle with. We are still very much stuck in 'classroom' style training. Also, providing opportunities for problem solving! Lots of useful points to takeaway, those were just off the top of my head.
