Its an intensive 8 week done-with-you program that guides you through the key phases of updating your existing employee training program
This program is best for founders and executive directors of small business or non-profits who are ready to finally overhaul their existing training program.
Your time commitment depends on the current state of your training program. We encourage you to include one (1) person from your team that can help you complete various tasks. You should plan for 2-3 hours per week, which includes our Tuesday 1 hour weekly meetings and time for you to make changes.
No. This is a very small community of founders and executive directors what are motivated to get stuff done. You will receive the following and more:
1. Clear specific instructions for your training program in sequence of what to do, why, and how to make updates
2. Answers to your specific questions - you'll receive answers with validated frameworks, curated infographs, expert guides
