Its an intensive 8 week done-with-you program that guides you through the key phases of updating your existing employee training program
This program is best for CEOs, Founders and Executive Directors who are ready to finally overhaul their existing team development program.
Your time commitment depends on the current state of your training program. We encourage you to include one (1) person from your team that can help you complete various tasks. You should plan for 2-3 hours per week, which includes our 1 hour weekly meetings and time for you to make changes.
No. This program is also offered as a 1-on-1 option.
But it will periodically be offered as a 4-person small community of CEOs. Founders and Executive Directors what are motivated to get stuff done.
